Antigua

You will love Antigua so much that  I thought you will never want to leave and you will ending joining many of other foreigns who decide to never go back to where they came from. It is highly recommend ed taking spanish classes and staying with a Guatemalan family as an amazing experience. It is the best cultural ride ever and you will learn enough spanish in a month to carry on a decent conversation with any spanish native speaker.  The place is so quaint and the things to do are endless ,almost a magical experience.
