Volcan Baru

Baru Are you the type of climber who loves peaks that makeyour calves burn  your shin splint? Are you the type of climber that enjoys feeling  the pain of your big toe jamming on endless down climbs? Are you the type of climber who camps so high that no matter what your sleeping  bag is rated you never seem to get any sleep because your freezing  your butt off? Then you gotta climb Panama's majestic peak. Trek  to the summit of Volcan Baru at 3,475 meters above sea level, and  on a clear day, witness both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans at the same time- the only location in the world where this is possible.
